Shipping scope
Orders ship from partner fulfilment once confirmed. Delivery windows are provided during order confirmation and may vary by destination, carrier and item availability.
Returns
Unused, unprinted items may be returned within 14 days of delivery after support approval. Items must be in resale condition with their plain tags, bags and packing intact.
Damaged parcels
Contact support@dsbrands.shop with the order reference, delivery photo and item photo within 48 hours of receipt. We will review replacement or refund options under the confirmed order record.
Excluded claims
The store does not sell branded, licensed, protective or performance-certified sports goods. Returns cannot be based on assumptions about team affiliation, certification or training outcome.
